Class 2, we actually go to work on cakes, just making stars for a character cake. Personally I think that doing a character cake this way is too time consuming and they aren't very cute. It can be useful for making things look "furry" but not my personal favorite. Plus we HAD to use her recipes for the icing and it was way too thick so we spent a good chunk of time trying to thin it out. I did get to work on my writing though, I should have got this practice board a long time ago!
I am very excited for next week, except the whole scary clown cake thing, but I believe we will get to learn how to do the roses! Very excited about that!
I love crafting, baking, my husband, and our zoo. I work full time and generally have my hands full with our 9 "kids". When I do find some free time I love making stuff, and trying out new crafting ideas! This is just a space for me to get all my ideas together in one spot and share my way of doing things. I tend to get hooked on one idea, do that for a while then move to something completely different.
